KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

• Confirmation will be received at the time of booking,

the flight time per person in paragliding is 10 minutes

• Please let us know your hotel room number or condo location
• Children must be accompanied by an adult
• The minimum drinking age is 18 years old.
• Not accessible for wheelchairs
• Maximum weight per parasail 500 pounds
• Not suitable for pregnant women, people with disabilities and / or respiratory.
• Pickup time may vary depending on your location
• The tour can be changed for any consecutive date, due to weather conditions.
• You must contact Caribbean Sun Tours at least 24 hours prior to your product date to confirm your reservation, provide hotel details, and arrange transportation. If you have booked this activity less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity start time, you must contact immediately after booking to confirm it.

Transportation Note: Please note that transportation is not included in the Cap Cana area or nearby zones due to operational reasons. If you wish to attend the activity and are staying in these areas, we have a meeting point in Downtown, specifically at the TotalEnergie gas station. Ω There is an exception for groups; if there are 4 buggies or more in a group, transportation will be included. Ω if the weather is unfavorable and the event needs to be canceled, it will be moved to the following day.
