Returns, Exchanges and Reservations

RESERVATION POLICIES:

Reservations are prepaid, so there is no need to arrange anything with your hotel travel representative. If asked, please be sure to inform everyone that you have a prepaid reservation with Caribbeansuntours. We will be happy to assist you with any questions or additional information you may need.

CHANGES

All changes are subject to availability. Please call us personally if you have any changes to your reservation, as we cannot accept instructions from third parties, hotels, travel agencies or car rentals.

RETURNS

All refunds, due to the reduction of the number of participants, the total cancellation of the reservation, bad weather or for any other reason, are refunded 100%, during 10 business days, according to the context explained in the following paragraph.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

In case of bad weather, the excursion will be rescheduled.
In case the rescheduled day cannot be made due to bad weather, the refund will be made 100%.

REGARDING PRIVATE EXCURSIONS

If the client cancels the tour 48 hours before the day it was done, the refund will be made 100%.

If the client cancels the tour after 48 hours before the day it was made, the refund will be made in 70% of the amount paid, from 30% it will correspond to the expenses related to the logistics of the same.
